Welcome. Yes, that photograph belongs to me - Gerald Davies.
I currently work in the Division of Biosciences, University College London, as a High Performance Computing Systems Administrator. This primarily involves the support of two main groups - Structural and Molecular Biology (SMB), and, Genetics, Evolution and Environment (GEE).
Previously, I worked in the same field of computer science for the Gravitational Physics Group at the School of Physics and Astronomy, Cardiff University. I have also worked for a spin out company from Hewlett-Packard Research Labs known as Appliance Studio, based at Bristol University.
I will end this historical insight into my career here otherwise I will go on forever!
